Biography:

H. Hemami received his B.S. in electrical and mechanical engineering from the University of Teheran. He studied with Y. W. Lee and A. G. Bose at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and with R. L. Cosgriff at The Ohio State University. He is currently professor of electrical and computer engineering at The Ohio State University. He is a life member and a Fellow of The Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers. He was inducted into HKN in 2009.

He has won the Fred H. Pumphrey /HKN Distinguished Teaching Award in 2005, 2006, 2007, 2009 and 2014.
